Biography:
I started bass playing guitar in high school. I, like many other
people, was inspired by the Beatles. Along with Mike Ragsdale
we formed a band called the Underwood Project. Adding to what
Mike said about the band we became the house band for a while at
a San Francisco style coffee house in Paducah called Rico’s
Coffeehouse. Some of you may remember the place, it was way
ahead of it’s time for Paducah. After the previous band I was in
had broken up Ken and I approached Mike Ragsdale about forming
another band featuring much of the music we played while in high
school. I have always played music in one form or another since
high school but this format is definitely my passion.

When not
playing with the band or working what do you like to do best:
I enjoy spending time
with my family especially my two grand-daughters. I spend a lot
of time working on remodeling my house, a life long project. I
enjoy traveling as much as possible, especially to Florida where
my son lives. I don’t hunt, fish or play golf so I guess music
is my hobby. |
